Dirty bathrooms, people hoard equipment and sit on it while doing nothing but being on their cellphones. Tha would be resolved either with a sign or more diligent involvement from management. If you bring it it to the attention of personnel or even management the response is "I know man, that's not right", but they do nothing to resolve it.

I joined 24 hrs a week ago, i called today 11-18-16 the rep that helped me was very rude told me i had to pay $360 to cancell. I told him I am not paying that much cause I just joined I was told I had a week to cancel. Then he told me if I payed today I only had to pay $100. This gym has the worst service.
