A lot of the staff at various 24 Hour Fitness locations I have been to do not seem very friendly or helpful, so this is not surprising.

Did not receive my invoice for this coming year.

I had not received my bill for the coming year. I was not sure if the bill was mailed or not. I spoke with the fitness center nearby. They helped me pay the bill &;; update my personal information. My worry was that I tried to pay on my own before visiting the center using a credit card, so I am not sure if I paid twice. I was thankful for the service at the center. I have not heard from customer service yet.

Non-existent customer service

Received incorrect bills in the mail, unable to reach via phone or emails. They do state on their website you can MAIL a letter, which is handy for them. They need to spend the money to staff a customer service department and respond to individuals with questions.

I want to cancel my membership and be reimbursed the money I paid this gym

I paid $600.00 to renew my gym membership. At the Super Sport Gym in Fountain Valley California. The front desk employees told me they no longer accepted the COSTCO gym membership. So I drove back to COSTCO. They reimbursed me for the card I purchased from COSTCO. Then I paid the front desk employees $600.00 cash. Then the COVID 19 hit. 24 changed changed Fitness Gy

Moved from 24 Hour Fitness to Planet Fitness

I have been a customer of 24 Hour Fitness since 2013. During the pandemic the closest 24 Hour Fitness closed down. I continued to go to 24 Hour Fitness but found their equipment run down and often there were signs saying it was out of order. I recently joined Planet Fitness and love it. More strength training equipment and always working. Nicer staff.

NO COMMUNICATION

Gym says the year that was missed due to covid would be added to end of membership. Giving no info or instruction as to how to redeem once deciding to cancel membership.

Charged my account

You guys charged my account twice already without my approval. My account was on freeze so why should I be charged for March and April when I dont even go to the gym anymore and have not used 24hours fitness since February of 2020. My need my full refund of the these two charges of March and April 2021. You shouldnt go into my bank account without me showing interest to return to you gym. I need my money back or I will file a legal fraud claim against 24hours fitness. Thank you

Bullying at the gym

Members monopolize the weight machines for over 25 minutes and refuse to let other members work in and management does nothing.

User's recommendation: Do not join this gym as their is no customer service or help with bullying and not sharing equipment with others.

Now the 24 hour Fitness that was built in Puyallup and very enjoyable. Now it was sold to another gym. It was fun to go up there as everyone were very enjoyable and they kept it very clean. The other 2 within a 30 minute drive are in areas that are not safe. I just feel that I paid for training that I couldnt take advantage of. Debbie Morrison 206595****
